Payment / Shipping

You have 3 to 5 calendar days to complete your payment, either by debit or credit card directly through the A&M website, or by bank transfer.

You may also choose to pay immediately for the artwork(s) if you are bidding in person at the auction hall.

A&M’s bank accounts are held with DSK Bank:

(BGN – valid until 31 December 2025, after which it will be automatically converted to EUR)

For every completed purchase, bank confirmation is required.
Once payment confirmation is received, the next step is initiated – delivery of the artwork(s).

If payment is not completed within the stated period (3 to 5 calendar days), the client shall be deemed to have withdrawn from completing the transaction, and the Auction House reserves the right to offer the artwork to another client or to reassign the lot at its discretion.

Delivery

Purchased artworks may be delivered within 3 to 7 calendar days as follows:

Within Sofia: personal delivery by an A&M representative to the address provided by the buyer

Within Bulgaria: delivery via a courier service

International deliveries: at the buyer’s expense

For international shipping, we work with and recommend Matrix Global Mobility.

24/7 Section Deliveries

When purchasing artworks from the “24/7” section, delivery may be completed within 24 hours, depending on the buyer’s location.
